Memorial Sloan Kettering Treatment Center
C-Space
Memorial Sloan-Kettering asked Parsons students to design a prototype for satellite centers around the country.
The space centers around the interaction of the caregiver and the patients, as well as the varying needs of the patients. The words: Comfort, Care, and Control spawned the name C-Space for the project.
The cell-shaped rooms stemmed from the instinct of returning to cellular origin and curing the illness. I also designed a Cocoon lounger where patients can customize the size and varying privacy of their room, as well as the color and filling of the lounge cushion.
Krug Champagne Showroom and Event Space Renderings, Mood Board, Plan
Proposed branded space for Krug Champagne that would double as a lounge for events and a showroom for collectible Krug bottles.
The concept were based on fluidity and progression: from the town of Reims, to the single vineyard where the grapes are grown, to the actual Krug offices to the transcendental tasting notes of their luxurious Clos d’Ambonnay brand.
